Each individual may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Jatbuzz may request the following documents:

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address — such as a utility bill or bank statement.
• Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method.
• Selfie or video verification may be required if needed.

Large withdrawal requests may be held until account verification is complete. Jatbuzz reserves the right to carry out additional verification at any time for security purposes. • Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
